Pro Bono Policy
Certification carries a cost that not every worthwhile organisation can meet. For those doing genuine good — serving the community, supporting the less privileged — we provide our services at reduced cost, or at no cost at all.
How cases are decided
Each request is considered on its own merits. Management reviews the organisation and its work, then makes a recommendation to our Advisory Council, which decides case by case. There is no fixed quota and no standing entitlement — the point is to help where help is genuinely needed.
How to apply
Prepare a short case for your organisation — who you are, the work you do, and the support you are seeking — and submit it to a Client Manager or Customer Service Manager at any of our branches.
